What happens after I sign up?

Once you've selected your plan, you'll complete a simple onboarding questionnaire to give us more details and optionally have an onboarding call with your social media manager.

You then connect your social media channel on our platform to allow us to schedule & post the content you've approved to your pages.

7 working days later, you'll receive your full month of social media posts for you to review. We'll change anything you don't like, and once you approve we then post it all for you throughout the month.

How much work is needed from my end?

We are here to save you time. Once you have completed the onboarding questionnaire then there is nothing else we need from you apart from content you might have and any info about promotions, events, offers etc.

Can I still post to my accounts myself?

Yes you can. We encourage our clients to add their own content when they need to. It’s up to you how involved you want to be; if you’re simply too busy to do anything on social media, then you can relax knowing we’ve got your accounts covered.

I want to resell your service to my clients

Reselling to agencies is a big part of our business. We offer a fully white-labelled social media management service, and you can resell our packages to your clients with a markup. Just get in touch to find out more.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime. If you want to cancel your subscription, simply send an email to your account manager stating that you want to stop the subscription.

Which languages do you support?

We can create posts in English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian.

Do you make Instagram Reels/Tiktoks?

Yes we do! During checkout you can see our add-ons for Reels & Tiktok videos that you can add to your package.
