All services are non-refundable due to the non-returnable nature of personalized marketing deliverables and the manual work involved. Your payment covers marketing & creative work based on your brief, feedback, and revisions.

If the content misses the mark, we'll revise it based on your feedback. We include 3 rounds of revisions in month one and 1 round per month after that. If you're not happy with the direction, talk to your account manager and we'll work with you to get it right.

You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. No phone calls, no emails, no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
