Feedbird strives to deliver high-quality services in a timely manner. We aim to have all deliverables ready within 10 business days after you’ve submitted the onboarding questionnaire unless we are missing information. We aim to have revisions ready within 1-3 business days.
Due to our low-cost, high-volume nature, we only offer written communication through our dashboard, live chat, or email as we found this helps us respond faster and provide better support. We don't offer phone support.
Cancellation can be done at any time inside of our Client Portal by clicking 'manage subscription' inside of your order. Prorated refunds are not issued for early cancellations.
We do not offer refunds. Our team dedicates time and effort to creating bespoke content for our clients. You are paying us for time and work performed. Our work is not contingent upon any form of marketing results.
Our talented team is capable of creating fantastic content for you. If unsatisfied with the first deliverable, it may be due to unclear briefing and communication. We're happy to revise based on feedback, so please maintain open communication, provide clear direction, and treat us like an in-house team member to achieve desired results.
Once we send you the deliverables, we expect you to provide timely feedback or approval. If you delay this, causing time-sensitive posts to become outdated, we will not replace those posts with new ones. If we don’t receive feedback or approval by the time your next month's charge arrives, we will still create the next month of content, so that we keep delivering what you’re paying for. If it’s been more than 30 days since we sent you the posts for approval, you will no longer be able to make any revision requests for that batch.
We don’t post content that you haven’t approved. We also can’t post approved content until at least one social media channel is added to our Scheduling Platform. Please monitor your accounts to ensure posts are being published successfully and inform us if it fails to publish.
If you are unable to connect your social media channels to the platform successfully, it does not warrant a refund, as you are paying us to create the actual content and posts for you. If connection issues cannot be resolved, you can download the posts and manually post them on your own. Our posting and scheduling is a free, value-add service. We will do our best to resolve any technical issues within our control.
We will not tolerate client behaviour that is rude, impolite, and disrespectful. Clients with such behaviour will be cancelled immediately without warning.
Our service delivery begins as soon as you have signed up and completed the questionnaire. If you sign up, but then don’t complete the onboarding questionnaire, it does not warrant a refund. Your payment(s) will turn into credits you can use in the future whenever you want, and they will never expire. If the delays are caused by Feedbird, then we are happy to push back the billing date.
Services will continue even if the client does not respond or approve content. Unapproved content will be automatically approved after one month but not posted until we hear back.
Once you've selected your plan, you'll complete a simple onboarding questionnaire to give us more details and optionally have an onboarding call with your social media manager.
You then connect your social media channel on our platform to allow us to schedule & post the content you've approved to your pages.
10 working days later, you'll receive your full month of social media posts for you to review. We'll change anything you don't like, and once you approve we then post it all for you throughout the month.
Your account manager will match you with the best social media manager for your industry. Each client gets an account manager, which is the point of contact. The account manager is the link between the client and the rest of the team.

Our service is very streamlined, so when you sign up you you complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire giving us all the information we need about your company and target audience, including your branding and any ideas you already have for posts.
We also review your website and social media channels in depth to get a good understanding of your brand voice and your visual style, so that we can continue in a similar style if that’s what you want us to. We will research your industry so that we can put out high quality content that is very relevant for your audience.
It depends. Some clients have a lot of content that we can work with and some have nothing. For clients that have a lot, we mostly work with that. For clients that don’t have much content, we tend to work with premium stock photos or more graphic-design based posts that are relevant to your brand. However, the approach is something we decide together with the client.
Yes, content is specifically created for your particular brand or purpose. This includes different types of content, such as images, videos, articles, etc.
The content is created from scratch, rather than being sourced from pre-existing materials, and is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the brand for which it is being created. Content will be used for a variety of purposes, such as marketing, branding, education, or entertainment.
We will make sure to include that. All the posts we make are planned out for a full month in advance, so if these things are planned out in advance we can easily include it. We always check in with you before the next month starts to hear if there’s anything we should include in the next batch. If there’s however something that is urgent and you want to post about here and now, then we just suggest that you post it yourself and leave the planned out posts to us.

Should clients face any technical challenges with our scheduling platform, we are more than willing to assist. However, if these issues remain unresolved, we recommend clients post the content themselves.
Your payment covers content creation. The additional service of posting on your behalf is complimentary. Hence, if technical challenges prevent us from posting for you, it does not warrant a refund - we simply suggest downloading our content and posting it on your own.
