We may also receive information from third-party sources (for example, LinkedIn during job applications) and from information providers or business transactions, which may be combined with what we already hold.

We automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, ISP, platform and device type, and operating system, along with behavioral metrics like pages visited and email engagement. On mobile, device identifiers, carrier information, and approximate location may be collected depending on your settings.

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage trends. You can modify your browser settings to reject or be notified about cookies, though this may affect functionality.

We use your information to operate and personalize the service, process transactions, improve customer service, and communicate with you about account updates and security notices.

For users in the EU, processing occurs on the basis of performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention), or your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Personal data is processed and stored in Denmark. We employ physical, administrative, and technological safeguards, including SSL encryption for sensitive transactions. Private financial information such as credit-card numbers is not kept on file after a transaction.

If a breach occurs, we will investigate and, where appropriate, notify affected individuals. You remain responsible for the privacy and security of the customer data you upload.

Depending on your location (including the EU and Switzerland), you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing and direct marketing. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
