These Terms govern your use of Feedbird's website and services. By subscribing, you agree to them. We've added a plain-English note beside each section, the formal text is what's legally binding.
1. How we work together
Feedbird strives to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner. You'll work with an account manager as your primary contact. Approval of deliverables is considered final, no further revisions are allowed after approval.
Because of our low-cost, high-volume model, we provide support and communication through our dashboard, live chat, and email, we don't offer phone calls. Please keep communication open and respectful; abusive behavior may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
2. Content, feedback & storage
Please review and approve deliverables promptly. If more than 30 days have passed since we sent a batch for approval, revision requests for that batch can no longer be made, and new content proceeds on your next billing cycle. Unapproved content is automatically approved after one month.
We store your deliverables for up to three months. After that, you're responsible for keeping your own copies, as content may be removed from our systems.
3. Fees & payment
Fees are payable in full, in advance, and a valid credit card must be kept on file. Monthly management fees continue until you cancel or modify your plan. Unpaid charges result in service suspension until paid in full.
You can cancel anytime inside the Client Portal (open your order → “Manage subscription” → “Cancel”). Prorated refunds are not issued for early cancellation, and services continue through the paid period.
4. Refunds & results
Except in the case of Feedbird's material breach, services are non-refundable due to the personalized, manual nature of the work. Where we make an error, we may offer credits or a billing adjustment.
We don't guarantee specific results or performance, as many factors are outside our control. Your payment covers creative deliverables produced from your brief and feedback.
5. Using your brand & showcasing work
You give us permission to showcase your company logo and social media links, and to use anonymized samples of the work we produce in our portfolio. Written notice is required to opt out.
6. White-label & resellers
White-label partners and resellers are subject to these Terms on behalf of their clients. Resellers must pay for services in advance and are responsible for collecting from their own clients.
7. Warranties & limitation of liability
Feedbird disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The service is provided “as is.”
Feedbird is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the previous one (1) month of services.
8. Your responsibilities & indemnity
You're responsible for the accuracy of the materials you provide and for ensuring you have the rights to any brand assets, logos, or media shared with us.
You agree to indemnify Feedbird and its affiliates against losses arising from a breach of these Terms, from content posted to your accounts (including copyright claims), and from third-party platform issues such as suspensions, loss of access, or deletion.
9. Confidentiality
We use confidential business information you share solely to deliver our services to you, and for no other purpose. This commitment extends for two years after our engagement ends.
10. Credit-card disputes
Charges are presumed accurate unless disputed within 14 days. A dispute halts all credits, refunds, and work on your account, and published content created during your subscription may be removed. If a dispute is decided against Feedbird despite compliance with these Terms, we may invoice for the disputed amount plus fees.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and may only be amended in writing. It is governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes will be resolved there.
12. Changes & contact
Feedbird's rules, policies, pricing, and package inclusions may change at our discretion. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Email hello@feedbird.com.
